When you purchase a product via the Erin Duncan Creative website you are accepting the following terms and conditions which are legally binding.

Customers must provide their contact details including full name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. 

Customers warrant that the payment details provided when purchasing products are theirs and are valid and correct.

Erin Duncan Creative recognises and respects your privacy and treats your personal information as confidential. 

All personal details provided will be kept safe, secure and confidential and will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties. 

Your details will be kept on a private database for Erin Duncan Creative use only.

PAYMENTS

For our online retail shoppers we accept payment using PayPal or Credit Card or We do not accept cheques, cash or money orders.

For our online wholesale shoppers we accept payment using Paypal or Credit Card. We do not accept cheques, cash or money orders.

All payments are processed at the point of order. 

Please ensure all contact details are correct when placing an order so we can get in touch should there be any issues.

SHIPPING ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERIES

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they have entered their address correctly. In the instance that a buyer submits an incorrect undeliverable address, or provides an incorrect address that gets accepted by someone other than themselves, or fails to collect their parcel from their post office within suitable time, this is an error on the buyer’s behalf. 

In these instances, if your parcel is returned back to us, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any onward shipping fees to have the parcel resent or sent to an amended address. 

In the instance that your parcel is unable to be returned to us, you will not qualify for a refund.

CURRENCY

All product prices, shipping prices and payment transactions on thebErin Duncan Creative website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

GST & TAXES

Products shipped internationally may attract customs duties and taxes. 

It is your responsibility to pay any additional customs duties and taxes on the delivery of your products.

COMMERCIAL USE OR RESALE

Erin Duncan Creative products are not available for commercial sale, commercial packaging or commercial use. The only exception to this rule are stockists who have been approved to sell Erin Duncan Creative products.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Erin Duncan Creative is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. You will also receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; pending availability and payment authorisation. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 4 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

The Erin Duncan Creative customer service team will contact you if the product you have selected is not currently in stock.

CANCELLATIONS

Please choose carefully. Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

RESALE OR COMMERCIAL USE

Unless prior approval has been granted, our products are not for resale or commercial use.

SHOP POLICIES

PRINTING

All prints by Erin Duncan Creative are Giclée Prints.
This means they are fine-art prints made with a digital inkjet printer.

Art prints by Erin Duncan Creative are produced in-house using high quality archival inks on high quality acid free paper. 

If kept out of direct sunlight, their stunning colour will not fade.

PAPER

Most prints are produced on a Matte Smooth Cotton Rag which has a weight of 310gsm.

Erin Duncan Creative reserves the right to update or change the printing paper at any time.

 

  • Each print comes signed and dated.
  • Prints are sold unframed.
  • Print colours may vary from your screen due to the difference in screen calibrations.
  • Prints will be packaged in a cellophane slip with a backing board and mailed in a hardback flat envelope. 

 

We take the greatest care to ensure your art work is well protected.

SHIPPING

Processing Time

Prints are made to order and need time to dry. Please allow 3 – 10 business days to process your order.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post standard post.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for costs associated with orders shipped to the wrong address (unless it was our mistake of course). 

Once your order has shipped we will send you email notification that your package is on it’s way. Items within Australia will receive a tracking number via the post office. Unfortunately, international orders are unable to be issued a tracking number at this time.

 

POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA

FLAT RATE $7 per order for standard shipping, no matter how much you buy!

Due to the impact of COVID, Australia Post generally can take 1 – 3 weeks to deliver to all parts of Australia. This is additional to processing time.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is a flat rate of AUD $20. Due to the impact of COVID, International postage can take between 2-8 weeks.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS

We take the greatest care to pack and protect your orders for shipping. 

If your items arrive damaged, please email a photo of the damaged item within a month of receiving it and we will replace it for you.
