To me, the whale is a symbol of time immemorial. It is the truest nature of things and communicating from deep in your heart.
The whale reminds us that we are all a part of something bigger and more beautiful than we could ever imagine.

My designs begin as watercolour and gouache paintings. I use a variety of media, pencil, crayons, collage and digital elements to create the final design. It’s such a joy to design these bookmarks, each one tells it’s own story.
