Introducing the Pardalote Print!

Meet the Pardalote Print my friends 🥰

My most popular design turned into fabric and made into cushion covers and tea towels for those of you who wanted more!

Let me introduce you to this Deluxe Cotton Drill fabric 🌿

WHERE IS IT MADE?

Printed in Melbourne by the incredible Frankie & Swiss – A Boutique Textile Company. What drew me to this beautiful company is that they are Australian, their product is of the highest quality and they are committed to sustainability. They work with natural fibre fabrics and print with non toxic, solvent free, water based pigment inks. Incredible right?!

ABOUT THE DESIGN

Each and every element of this design was created by me using a combination of watercolour and digital techniques.

This print just pops. The sharpness of the details and the warmth of the colours are stunning and faithfully brought to life. The cotton deluxe fabric is durable yet lovely and soft to touch.

AUSTRALIAN FLORA + FAUNA

Featuring an array of Australian native plants, Eucalypts, kangaroo Paw, Waratah and Australian birds and insects. The only thing non native to Australia is the Protea flower which comes from South Africa. But it always looks so good in native flower arrangements so… I’ll take it!

BTW The Pardalote is the sweet little bird featured on the print. It is one of our loveliest native birds with super stylish feathers. I have not adhered to it’s true colours because I always put my own spin on things!

WHAT’S NEXT?

This fabric is a leap into my dream of creating offerings that bring a bright yet soft touch. To lift a room and bring delight. Designs that hold to my values and wherever possible are made by suppliers and manufacturers in Australia.
